AI agents that work within your business rules

Connect enterprise knowledge, tools and human decisions around a complete task.

What this makes possible

Mokyun AI enterprise agents help coordinate multi-step work across approved information and tools. A task can move from retrieval to a draft and then to a reviewed handoff, with a separate authorization boundary for actions that change business records.

Start with the right inputs

  • A task objective and its completion criteria
  • Approved knowledge sources, tool access and service identities
  • The decisions that require a person and the permitted destination fields

How the work comes together

  1. Establish the context

Retrieve relevant facts with source and permission context. Resolve identifiers, versions and missing conditions before planning an action.

  2. Coordinate the task

Break the work into bounded steps and use only authorized tools. A research step, a draft and a system update have different access and review requirements.

  3. Verify the outcome

Check the delivered artifact or read back the destination record. If the result is uncertain, reconcile it or hand it back rather than treating a tool response as completion.

What your team receives

  • A draft accompanied by source references
  • A review request with a record and version
  • An execution record and a verified handoff

Keep review and responsibility clear

Autonomy is configured per task. Read access does not imply write access, and a generated draft is not approval. Exception handling, retry behavior and stopping conditions belong in the workflow definition.

Frequently asked questions

Can an agent update our systems automatically?

Only within the agreed authorization and workflow. Define the allowed records and fields, any approval step, duplicate-request handling and readback before enabling updates.

Do we need to replace our models or tools?

Model and tool choices are assessed against the workflow, hosting and access requirements. The aim is to use the required capabilities together; existing tools are not assumed to be compatible without evaluation.
