What this makes possible
Mokyun AI offers on-premises and private-cloud deployment options. The deployment plan defines where data and models run, which connections are allowed, who can act and how work is reviewed. Private hosting alone does not establish an offline or compliant architecture.
Start with the right inputs
- Network boundaries and permitted outbound connections
- Identity, role, logging and retention requirements
- Model hosting, infrastructure ownership and operational responsibilities
How the work comes together
Map the architecture
Document data storage, model calls, tool endpoints and outbound traffic. Review the entire path rather than treating the application server location as the full data boundary.
Separate access and authority
Assign service identities and least-privilege roles. Set review rules for customer-facing content and record updates, with owners for exceptions and escalation.
Agree on operation and acceptance
Test authorized and denied actions, logging and recovery. Define who handles access changes, model upgrades, incident response and ongoing review after the pilot.
What your team receives
- A deployment and data-flow plan
- An access and approval matrix
- An operational handover and acceptance checklist
Keep review and responsibility clear
Certification scope, hosting and workflow controls are different procurement questions. Confirm each against the actual environment. Security and data-residency commitments belong in the project architecture and agreement.
Frequently asked questions
Does private deployment mean data never leaves the network?
Not by itself. Model APIs, tools, telemetry and other outbound connections must be reviewed with storage and network configuration. The approved architecture determines the boundary.
Can we start with read-only work?
Yes, a pilot can be scoped around authorized retrieval and draft preparation. Write access can be evaluated separately after output quality, ownership and review conditions are understood.
