What this makes possible
Mokyun AI connects the records, documents and knowledge required by a defined workflow. Integration begins with the business object and access conditions, then selects a workable route across existing ERP, CRM and other enterprise systems.
Start with the right inputs
- System names, versions, owners and available interfaces
- A sanitized sample with identifiers, field meanings and units
- The source of truth and intended output or write-back destination
How the work comes together
Choose the access route
Assess supported APIs first, then authorized read-only views, exports or staging files. Where interface automation is necessary, review account permissions, session behavior and recovery.
Align the business records
Map customer, product and order identifiers. Assign field authority when CRM, ERP and documents disagree; record freshness alone does not settle a conflict.
Prove the handoff
Test normal and exception samples. For writes, bind approval to the intended payload, recognize duplicate requests and read back the resulting business record.
What your team receives
- A system and access inventory
- A field map with authoritative sources
- A bounded workflow and acceptance evidence
Keep review and responsibility clear
No API does not automatically mean no integration, but it also does not justify bypassing controls. A supported export or manual handoff may be the right first step. Named systems require version-specific evaluation.
Frequently asked questions
Can we keep our current ERP and CRM?
The approach starts from your existing systems. The required records, available access and workflow determine what can be connected; the product name alone is not a compatibility guarantee.
What should we prepare first?
Send one workflow description, the system/version list and a sanitized sample. Use the integration preparation and field-mapping templates to identify owners and acceptance conditions; do not send credentials in the initial enquiry.
