On October 19, Accenture Federal Services and Google Public Sector announced Gemini launchpads, bringing specialist engineers into US federal agency teams to build and deploy agents. The companies are also developing prebuilt agents for common functions including HR, finance and supply chain.
The combination of prebuilt capabilities and embedded engineering says something useful about enterprise implementation. A familiar process name can still conceal local working conditions.

A received shipment may still be waiting for inspection
Consider an illustrative procurement-tracking task. A supplier reports delivery and the warehouse has recorded receipt, but the material is awaiting inspection. Procurement can be told it has arrived; production planning needs the inspection status before deciding whether it is available for use. Summarising the documents as procurement complete removes a distinction the next person needs.
That detail affects where a prebuilt role is useful. Engineers and procurement, warehouse and inspection staff need to examine the same order, identifying where dispatch, receipt, inspection and availability are recorded. One business uses arrival as a progress milestone; another counts material as available only after inspection. The same status label needs an operational explanation.
Mokyun’s procurement-tracking positioning includes organising dispatch, transit, receipt and inspection records. For this task, a digital employee can prepare a line-item progress list, with supporting records and outstanding confirmations for procurement to coordinate. Supplier responses, warehouse access and responsibility for inspection confirmation need defining in each project.
Implementation should leave an explanation that business staff can continue using. A progress entry stating received, inspection pending, with a date and source, tells planning whom to contact next. It also makes it possible to observe whether the digital employee reduces repeated enquiries while keeping useful distinctions between states.
A first trial can use a historical order delivered in batches. Ask procurement, warehouse and planning staff to work from the assembled progress report. Whether each person has enough information to continue often exposes more than the apparent completeness of a process drawing. Explaining those differences makes a prebuilt role easier for the next group of staff to adopt.
